Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Booking not confirmed or viewed but amount debited from account

Hi i have made booking from mumbai to pune via wakad for 24/08/2020, but unfortunately ticket is not shown as booked or details not received under my bookings in msrtc website.
My amount for the first time was 443 inr which was deducted but booking not done, i tried twice this time amount was 440 inr wherein akount deducted but no booking appeared.

Please refund my total amount 883 inr which is deducted.
