Dear sir/ mam, I made a reservation for shivneri sleeper coach bus from pune-satana for date: 16/11/18. The details are given below. Ticket number : 35426987 Trip number : dhll0008066 Transaction id : phmp[protected] I was informed that the bus is not available for the day as it was cancelled by msrtc and i was asked to make a complain to get the refund of my ticket.
