Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Bus has cancer and given any response from bus operator

Have a shivshahi bus booking from nanded to solapur, date 31/05/2022.time 12..pm. I have done booking online and my pnr. No.43999815/593855/[protected]
Till. 2.20 pm the bus has not came. No one isbgiving the answer and i m suffering too much, i have a booking ahead. I got so much trouble. What i do reply
My another booking from solapur to pune was there, i have done much loss of money band time value
