Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Bus not attempt stop at patas on Pune - solapur highways

I have noticed every time St buses are not attending patas gav bus stop. Every bus uses flyover and bus stop is on service road. So we people from pastas and who use patas bus stop to travel Pune are facing timing problem. specially long root but are not attend the bus stop. They stop bus at start of the flyover and from that point use flyover.
Kindly look into this problem on very high priority.
