Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — BUS Not Stop at Tempale Stop

I am travalled yesterday in msrtc from Tempale to panvel my ticket no is 46760848 in traveling i filled very bad experience bus not stop at tempale stand.
I am register complaint yesterday agianst bus conductor lady shes Batch No is 53297 she is very miss behavior with me she is argue with me half and hours thats why i me register online complain on your online portal but still i am not getting response from your side I request you please look in to matter am give me feedback as soon as early.
if no response from your side then i go ahead to next lavel authority
