Due to election counting today on 11 dec 2017, the route of bus from jath to sangli was changed. Upon enquiry with controller the changed route was identified and me along with my mother were waiting for the bus for an hour. Yet no bus came to the stop. After coming to the jath depot we confronted the depot manager mahesh jadhav regarding this issue. We had missed two scheduled buses and medical appointment in sangli. Mr jadhav arrogantly said that it's not his fault that the controller told us the different route. According to him the controller has, in general, no idea about the bus routes. We the travelers must know the change of route time to time. If according to mr jadhav we are responsible for this mess, why is he doing there as a manager? Why he is getting paid from my tax money? And am i giving the ticket fair to listen to stupidity and arrogance? If you're hiring such kind of # for such important posts, no wonder you are in loss.
Kindly look into this issue and get back to me within two days or else i'm bound to knock the consumer court..
