Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — bus speed and travel time
Hello, I jus travelled to nasik from pune shivajinagar in shivshahi bus. I was expected to reach nasik by 10 am as the bus was scheduled to move at 6 am. While checking the specifications of the bus the speed limit was supposed to be of 80 km per hour making an journey of 200 km be completed within 3 hours. But the msrtc site said 4 hours which was perfectly fine. To my horror i reached nasik at 12 in the afternoon. Imagine. 6 hours of travel for a distance of 200 km. Wasted two hours in nothing but sitting. Plus to that the mobile charging ports were not working. I would not recommend shivshahi to anyone. Firstly for the speed. Travellers do need comfort but they also need to reach the destination on time that's why they travel by bus. Other private buses give the same service with faster speed almost at the same rate. Other part is the services mentioned are not working any longer. Bull # service worst speed no value for time and money. Worst msrtc Was this information helpful?
