Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Canceled ticket amount not Refunded

Hi,

Please find below details of ticket which has been cancelled but refund amount is not yet received. I have sent mail a twice to [protected]@gmail.com but no response received. Support desk people don't know what they have to do for this query even i asked for senior person to come on call but they denied it. Such a pathetic service they are providing.
