Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — carelessness of drivers

I am not regular passenger and i feel i am lucky that i am not. I travel from kodoli to islampur once in a week. This bus didnt catch the highway. It prefes bad roqd. Its ok. But just tell the drivers to drive gently. They are really careless. They don't care about passengers. Please just tell them to drive carefully. Its really bad road. And it makes me bounce so high. That sometimes my head bumps to the rack up at my head. Please take some action. I really appreciate work of msrtc. And i am really greatfull for this great service. Please take action.
