I had booked a ticket from amravati to jalna in mstrc shivshahi bus.. Payment was done and i reached bus station half an hour earlier to be on safer side. The tentative time of bus arrival passed as i was waiting for the bus but it didn't come. Later i came to know that the bus didn't enter the bus station, it went right away from outside only. Neither did the conductor tried to contact me (He had all my details since i had done reservation online) it was very urgent for me to reach my destination but due to careless, irresponsible and negligent behavior of the concerned driver and conductor, my bus was missed in an unknown city in late hours of night.
