Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Change in route and delay in traveling

I had booked a ticket through mobile app, of Shivneri from SWARGATE Pune to Thane, of 10 am on 7th May. As per schedule the route is through Cape Gemini but the bus went through Airoli. There were no traffic at all on the route. Even though the bus was late by one and half hour.

At SWARGATE depo our phone calls are never answered.
