Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Complain for Ticket amount deducted but ticket not issued by MSRTC

Sir/Madam,

I have paid MSRTC thrice for bus ticket but ticket not generated.

My transaction details as follows:

1. Transaction Ref. VIN/MSRTC/[protected]/[protected] dated 5/5/23 for Rs. 1, 460.87 through Debit Card

2. Transaction Ref. VIN/MSRTC/[protected]/[protected] dated 5/5/23 for Rs. 1, 460.87 through Debit Card

3. Transaction Ref. BIL/ONL/[protected]/Maharashtr/MSRTC_VI dated 5/5/23 for Rs. 1, 462.90 through Net Banking

Request MSRTC to refund my amount to my card & bank account.
