Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — complaint against conductor of borivali ghotawade st bus on dec 31 2018

The st conductor dot stop on goregaon checknaka st stand. When i ask them they said that they dont know goregaon checknaka st stop.
If conductor is senior and do daily that route then why they dont stop and they dont know how to talk with customers or traveller.
In st redervation if i take ticket from nancy colony borivali to rajgurunagar then i can get in the bus at any stop. But they why restict me.
