Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Complaint against st bus driver

Today i was travelling with Shivneri Bus from Dadar to Pune, bus number 9487, time 2.30pm from Dadar . When the bus reached pune @ Karve Road, I asked the driver to stop for 5 seconds anywhere nearby so to get down, but the driver was so arrogant that he told mee that this is MSRTC bus and stops are fixed, if you want better service travel through private company volvo .

Again i requested him that the earlier stop was Paud Road and now the next stop is Deccan, its too far away, the driver rudely said that he will not stop go and complain and next time don't come through Shivneri.
If this is the attitude of the drivers then its not a surprise that private transporters are getting boost and passengers travel through them for gud customer service .

When we are paying 461rs for MSRTC compared to 300rs private buses ... we always expect a better service .

bhjagdale's response Sir, Shiveneri Bus Services is charging Rs 661 one way comapare to Pune to Mumbai whose distance is almost the same and charging only Rs 450/- approx . You are requested to investigate the charging policy for the Shiveneri Bus Services from Pune to Aurangabad compare to Pune to Mumbai.

I had a online reservation for a Semi Luxury bus at 10:00 am from Nasik to Pune and YOUR TICKET STAFF provides wrong after being asked twice whether the bus will be at Mela stand or CBS and moreover your staff wasn't ready to adjust the ticket either. Please do have a look at this. I REQUEST A REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Sir I'm surprised why shivneri bus not taking stop at smile stone, instead they stop at tasty way, the rate are almost same but the quality of food is worst of tasty way, and the ambiance is not comparable with smile stone, it has to be changed.
