I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my ticket cancellation and refund process. I booked a journey from Pune to Ratnagiri for the date of 20/10/2023 at 20:45, with the ticket number 48887835 and a trip number of RTNL0003274. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my journey on 20/10/2023, well before the 24-hour cancellation period.
According to the company's policy, I should have received a refund of Rs. 368. However, to my disappointment, the amount has not been credited back to my account. I have attached the cancellation voucher with the number 48889883 for your reference.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and expedite the process of refunding the due amount. It is my sincere hope that this issue will be resolved promptly, as any undue delay will only lead to further inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
