Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — complete refund of ticket amount as ticket cancellation was done due to strike

Hello team,

I had booked msrtc bus to travel from pune to nasik for journey date : 19th october 2017 (5:15 am)

I had to cancel my ticket due to bus strike as there was no other option left for me. I have just received refund of 358 rupees by now and would request you to please refund the complete amount of rs 728.

Request you to please take into consideration that my cancellation reason was strike and not any personal reason.
