Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — conductors not accepting aadhar card for half ticket

Dear msrtc as you know gov. Is making aadhar card compulsory for every thing but conductors in st bus are not accepting aadhar card for half ticket and many times they behave rudely so its not right way please do needful. We traveled from beed to aurangabad and shown them aadhar card as age proof but he denied and behaive rudely journey took place on 12 oct 2017.
Can you specify the reason for not accepting aadhar card
