Dear MSRTC We done reservation for bus starting from Thane. Bus thane to fauji Ambewadi morning 6:15 am from Thane CBS for 08.09.16 After multiple follows with controller bus came at 7:30 am Further it looks 15 mins more to take bus on road. The controller behavior was totally arrogant and he is not co operative to passenger. Request you to please check who are all in fault and make sure they will get finalise for same.
