Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — denied for seat and given to other couple

I was waiting from 4hrs at aurangabad bus stop, each bus coming have no seat, then at 3.50 a.m.1 bus is arrived which is amravati to pune, Mh29- B.E.0957
i asked for ticket conductor denied n said no seat available, meanwhile 1 couple is also waiting there and that couple was just came to bus stop before 10 minutes, conductor given 2 tickets to them.
