Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Excessive Fare

I had booked ticket for 2 of Shivshai bus for the journey on 12/11/2023 from Vallabh Naagar to Parbhani. But instead, ordinary bus with bus number MG 20 GC 3512 was provided for the journey. As the fare of Shivshai is higher than that of Ordinary bus, I would like to have my refund for excessive fare.
