Im traveling continuously from pune to nashik and taking bus from nashik phata. I always observe the lady conductor is allowed to private vehicle to use state transport bus stop and taking commission from them.
This is very guilty behavior of this lady please take action because due to private vehicle, passengers and bus driver are facing so much problems.

Complaint details: did not allowing passengers to get inside the bus once the door is closed.
