Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — getting half an hour to exchange between driver and conductor

As i waiting on saswad bust stop since last half an hour bus condactor and driver not came to bus.. What time they gives during exchange of driver and conductor i think 10 min is sufficient for that.. They gives 45 min for exchange.. Still im setting in mumbai to pandharpur bus. Time is 4.54 am. Bus start but i was west my 45 minuit on saswad stand.. Careless conductor and driver always late come to bus stand when the exchange occured..
