I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

I have completed payment Rs.928.28 using Debit card. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
I have done the payment from Atom payment gateway.
After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id.
I'm also not able to login into my account through the above mentioned email id. The prompt says that the email id is not registered. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.
