Time : 18 : 30 from shivajinagar pune.
Type :- hirkani (From shivajinagar pune - nagpur)
The bus had been failed/punctured at jalana (3 am app) after fitting new tyre again failed at chikhali (7 am). Lot of time spent at jalana and at chikhali, nobody responding and hand up by all department people.
We departed from chikhali around 8 : 50 am.
All the work done by conductor and driver with help of passenger including carrier luggage. The driver and conductor was helpful that is why works became faster.
I reached at my destination on 4:00 pm (13 aug 2016)
I was going for one of condolence meeting but unfortunately everything was finished there. May be lot of people shall have similar problem like me.
Kindly note that, the ats - chikhali was not responded well.
Lot of thing want to write but its all about seriousness of people.
I would like to remind these kind of people what mahatma gandhiji said about customer.
— "in a speech in south africa in 1890 mahatma gandhi said this: “a customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him."
I have attached my ticket and photograph of vehicle.
Lot of suggestion will be come once some seriousness will reflect from them.
I don't think every time the problem coming means coincident, because when i was coming back, we have wasted 1 hour at akola because of wiper problem.
Truly said, intention is not for getting money return but want to change this system.
