At my recent journey with Shivneri MH 12 VF 8013, I bring to your attention the unsatisfactory condition of MSRTC buses, especially the AC buses, marked by persistent issues of internal and external cleanliness. Litter, including food, plastic wrappers, and bottles, is consistently left unattended between seats, resembling a garbage dump. Additionally, the prevalence of tobacco being spit on the floor is concerning. The seats, along with curtains, are all shabby and untidy, adding to the discomfort of passengers. It is imperative that buses, including curtains, undergo deep cleaning after every ride. Moreover, there is a need for internal maintenance to ensure the overall functionality and cleanliness of the buses. Overall, it is recommended that the buses undergo periodic deep cleaning and internal maintenance at specified intervals to maintain a higher standard of hygiene and operational efficiency. I strongly urge the relevant authorities to promptly address these concerns to enhance the overall experience for passengers
