Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — I booked a ticket and money was deducted but ticket not shown in ticket list

I have booked e-ticket from msrtc web site. I used upi payment while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.380- cut from my bank account.
(Transaction status - success) upi transaction id[protected]
I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available, nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

Requesting refund for the transactions.
