[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — I'm complaining about my money get deducted but tickets not booked

Respected sir, I was making online reservation of 3 people for semi luxury bus from alibag to swargate on 3 January 2021 at around 8 am. Amount of 780 Rs were deducted from my account. But tickets didn't get booked. No e-tickets showed on website. I received msg from SBI that 780 Rs from your account has been deducted. When will I get my refund? Please look into the matter and initiate my refund.
