Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — I'm complaining about ticket booking

Yesterday that is 04th May, 2023 at 2325 hrs I was booked 6 tickets from msrtc online ticket booking site with username sandeepsj80 for Vashi Highway to Nidhal- Khata-Satara.
Amount of ₹1530 was deducted from my account with upi id [protected]@cnrb.

However amount dudcted but tickets were not booked and confirmation also was not received about this.
