I am ur regular customer o[censored]r bus which is from ahmednagar to indapur n time if the bus is 6:15am daily..
It has became a major problem to all passengers as the bus is irregular n only comes for any 10day in the whole month due to which all the passengers r suffering from this... We dont understand whats the reason as the bus is full on its profit so why???
I hope u will definately look into this matter seriously

Hello,
I had been booked a seat in msrtc bus for the date 18th October 2017.The bus departure timing was 6:45 am from Thane CBS.
But because of msrtc strike I could not travel by that bus.MSRTC App was not working at that time.
So I want refund of amount Rs 284.84 in my account.Ticket number is 30374969.
