Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Late bus and conductor did not cooperate, even if reservation had done

My reservation was for pune-shirdi bus which was supposed to come at 18.45 hrs on 12th of june 2017 at nashik fata stop, but it came on 20.05
Such whorst service..
Even then by contacting control room they managed to take me in bus which departures from shivajinagar bus stop at 17.15 but as usual bus came late at 19.35 on nashik phata stop. And conductor didn't allowed me to travel in that bus even after controller had given idea about what happened by just giving reason that he didn't have memo for the same he refused.
Such a whorst service, bus came late by 1 hour and 30 minutes msrtc should take appropriate action on this because i got late just because i did reservation, strange
