I have been travelling from uran to thane, and found entire bus is leaked during travell. I have checked with conductor that why the entire bus is leakef.in reply conductor said, "we have complainex, but no one looking into it. As a tax payers, at least we need basic facilities, where we have charged for it.

Hoping that will get proper response to this.
