I travelled in your bus on[protected]. From pune shivaji nagar bus stand to bhim shankar. I have done advance reservation for this travel well in advance with trip no pnes0112936 and ticket no 32238120. Sheduled departure of this bus is 09.30am but your bus left around 10.05 am that to not scheduled 09.30bus but another bus. For this reason my entire trip got upset. And in return i booked return journey for 03.45pm bus and your officials said that this bus will always be cancelled and another bus came and left at bhim shankar around 05.35 pm. My ticket details for this journey are as follows trip no pnes0119197 and ticket no 32238191. Due to your negligence and mis management of buses i didnot able to catch my train.in which i have a confirmed first ac ticket. I needed to change my entire trip and needed to cancel one of my destination. And loss for my not travelling in that train is around 1400 (To and fro). And mental agony i faced during my entire journey from bhimshankar to pune is inexpressable that i will catch the train or not. So i want an explanation this issue and compensation for my loss.
