Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Misbehave by Bus conductor ( May be he is drunk)

I am writing this formal complaint to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on 26 march 2023 while I was traveling on one of your buses. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the behavior of one of your bus conductors, who not only engaged in a heated argument with me but resorted to physical assault by slapping me on the face.
