Dear sir
I am regular pessenger from sakoli to gadegaon,
Today morning bus no. Is mh40aq6080
Conductor not stop bus on specific bus stop in gadegaon and asking to take new tickit on next stop.

I am taking ticking from sakoli to gadegaon on 8.30 am but bus not stop on stoppage.

We face many times this problem
Hope st depot taken this seriously for customer satisfaction.

I am disappointed with the cleanliness of shivshahi busses. Windows of the busses are splashed with the saliva and gutka.

Please look into the issue as we are paying for the healthy and good journey
