My name is mohit chugh traveled by bus from chandrapur to ballarshah maintioned in subject, suffered misbehaviour of bus conductor who was not in uniform & even not having id card. Used improper words with me and my co. Which is very shameful for your department. I hope you will take strict action against misbehave as well as attire of person on duty.
