Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [MSRTC] — Money debited but ticket was not booked

I tried to book ticket today, 25th June, 2022 at around 5.45 PM with following details

login ID: Ameya0523
From Pune
To Mulund
Bus: AC Shivneri
Seat: 25 26

The amount was deducted from my SBI Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page was unresponsive on payment step and nothing happened after that.

Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets when I checked it with relogin.
