Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Money debited from account but the ticket is not booked

Bus- Akkalkot to Sawantwadi Bus Timing: 4.00PM
Date of Booking: 25/05/2023 Time of Booking: 2.20 pm
Payment mode :UPI (Phone Pe)
I was booking tickets for two people from Akkalkot to Sawantwadi but the money has been deducted from my bank account still the ticket is not booked yet. The booking site showed an error but the money was already debited. The amount is of Rs. 1070 so please initiate the refund as soon as possible.
