[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Money debited from bank but ticket was not booked

I tried to book ticket today, 13th July, 2022 at around 11.35 AM with following details

login ID: Ameya0523
From Pune
To Mulund
Bus: AC Shivneri
Seat: 4

The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page refreshed after payment and took me back to booking page.

Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets when I checked it with relogin.
