Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Money deducted 2 times but ticket not booked.

I tried to book ticket for Mumbai Central to Belgum bus for route mumbai to kolhapur on 19 may 2023.
Money deducted from my SBI account and the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and allowing passenger to print, did not appear. I tried again and same thing happened. So money deducted 2 times but I didn't get the ticket
