[Resolved]  Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Money deducted ticket not received

Hi,
My MSRTC userid is: desai9969
I have booked MSRTC ticket from official MSRTC website.

Bus booking details are as follows:
Borivali Nancy Colony to Ajara
Date of Journey : 29/08/2022
Boarding from: S R P colony
Alighting to: Ajara
Seat number :19, 20, 24

I have completed payment using Paytm option:
Transaction ID :[protected]

After payment website directly got redirected to home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received ticket on mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me imideately please
