I have booked e-ticket from msrtc web site. I used upi payment while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.1000/- deducted from my bank account.
(Transaction status - success)
I checked "my tickets" on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
Ticket no: 39188 on 02/1/2024 time 9:28 am, showing in failed ticket option, showing payment status as success. I called to helpline number several time they received call after 20-30 rings after that they says confirm with paytm i confirmed them that payment done success by there side but after i call to msrtc they told it will refund after 8 days... after 8 days i call again but no response form then .. i has been 15 days still money not refunded..
please help for this..
