As expected, msrtc customer care is also pathetic as their usual services.

It is very difficult to reach out to any of the help lines or bus depot for any of the queries.

I have been trying to reach shivaji nagar bus stand since long time but the proactive workers don't bother to respond. And toll free line is made to make us listen some useless music...

And still they want hike...!!!
