Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — need refund amount deducted but ticket not booked

I had booked 1 ticket on 24 dec 2018 for shivshahi bus for route nasik to hinjwadi phase by payment gateway fss, on msrtc website, by debit card option. The money was deducted from my account as it is shown on statement of my account but transaction was not successful and also ticket was not generated. So kindly look into the matter. Refund the money back as soon as possible.
