Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Not showing my booked ticket in my account

Ticket no.[protected]
This ticket was booked on 9th October, 2023 by MSRTC app. After that this ticket was not show in my tickets section in my MSRTC app. I was cancel this ticket because of sudden issue. But because of not showing ticket, I was'nt cancel my ticket.
Please resolve thos issue as soon as possible.
