Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — not stopping the bus on bus stop

Date 12 feb 2019 time 9:11am bus manvat to aurangabd. Today morning we were waiting for bus at raigad corner selu. Want to go to jalna. There are already very few direct buses to jalna. Still bus driver did not stop at stop. So many ppl waiting there some in behind bus still driver didn't stop it for passengers. Its a routine that bus driver do not stop for passengers. There must be means to stop this.
