Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — not taken stop at kuchi and conductor misbehaved

Parbhani bus from miraj at 9.00 pm date-27/02/2019, not taken stop of kuchi but all bus having stop of kuchi, i requested to conductor but he answered rudely and arrogantly and told kuchi is not stop for this bus. He also dropped me in between stop which is very remote area. Please take some action against conductor to stop such incidents with passanger.
