Very worst customer service seen ever, i lost my total 698 (349+349). Transaction failed twice while booking the shivshahi bus ticket. I'm continuosly trying to call your customer support team even emailed the complaint, not receiving call, no reply to email. No transaction /booking failure message. The support service is totally poor and worst, i'm very frustrating with the issue i'm facing. I've lost money and unable to book the ticket.
