Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Payment deducted but ticket not confirmed.

I booked ticket online from MSRTC Mobile App and after selecting destination from swargate to vashi for AC Shivneri for a bus scheduled to depart from swargate at 6.00 am on 22nd Jan 2024.

I have made payment online which was successful transfered to MSRTC but still not received confirmed ticket.

Attached Payment Receipt and app status showing as failed ticket
