I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

Bus booking details are as follows:
Bus: Shivashahi, Borivali to Swargate, Pune
Time of Departure: 10:05AM
Date of Journey : 04/02/2023
Date of Booking: 03/02/2023
Boarding from: Sukurwadi Bus Stand, Borivali East
Seat number :17, 18

Amount: Rs. 750/-

I have completed payment using BHIM UPI (Debited from Credit Card):

After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please look into the matter and refund it to me immediately please. (Already 16 days pass but refund not received)
