Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation [Msrtc] — Payment is done but tickets not booked make a refund

My msrtc user name is Vishwa1233
I have booked tickets for 27th april. From pune (swargate) to solapur yesterday (25/4/2023) at 8-9 am.
I have booked teo seats for swargate to akkalkot via mohol bus and ticket number is 15, 16.
So i have done the payment for both the seat vai ntt data payment gateway from upi. Money has been debited but tickets are not booked.
Please help me for the refund and let ne know the needful to do.
